The boat was in New York, sold at Barrett Jackson in Tahoe, shipped to Washington State, and used on Lake Coeur D’ Alene. Purchased in 2022, a year at McCall Boat Works. New vinyl top and deck, all woodwork refinished, bottom work, and a motor refresh.
What inspired you to join the chapter?
I have always been a fan of McCall. I spent all my summers in the mid 60’s on the lake. From sunrise to sunset in or on the water. Back then, most boats were Woody’s. We knew every wooden boat, who owned it, the make, and the sound. It was always a dream to have a wooden boat on Payette Lake. To join the club was a way to meet and enjoy the love of these boats with others who felt the same way.
